This old bow sounds greater than others.

Few hours ago i met one relative in solid age, who wanted to test several bows on his violin. His existing bows head was rotated, and bows curve was partly lost. It is used from beginning, about 50 years. I again confirmed my theory, that great sounding bow should be light and thin especially near the bows head.

If i not look at particular bows condition, it generated greater sound than bunch of my recent bows, except one - my favorite, but similar to that.

This old bow:

sounds greater than these guys (except one of them):

Is old bow French made?

In theory, is it possible to fix rotation and restore old bows curve?

Can Martin with His eagle vision - guess which is my favorite best sounding bow from the bunch? :)

I will probably upload video, how i play violin with this old bow.
