I'm curious about one risky lottery ebay violin's dings. What are they and is it particularly bad?
Could it be wormwood damage, antiqueing, mechanical damage, poor wood, fine wood with features?
I'm inclined to think it's antiqueing reproducing bow hits on the front, and on the back just to be sure...
